• Shell Fleet Card is used for cashless transactions, avoiding human negligence and improving billing efficiency.
• Touch N Go is used for cashless transactions and improving billing efficiency.
• Mobile Workshops: 4×4 trucks are immediately sent to troubleshoot repairs on site to keep downtime at its minimum.

• Customized billing and accounting software for our company to better manage expenses in order to be competitive with our pricing to our clients.

• Customer Relationship Management solution (CRM): We have engaged software companies to provide solutions, so we are able to go paperless with our client thus reducing our impact to the environment improving workflow.

• Smartphones are an essential requirement for our drivers and assistants.
• Dash Cam is used for random monthly audits on their driving etiquette.
• Real Time Truck Location: Realtime tracking of truck movement and immediate alert to smartphones to be ahead in the industry
• Geo fencing: A feature to monitor trucks movement in and out of the warehouse area and idling time to monitor as a control measure.
• Driver Behaviour Score: Drivers rating system whereby drivers who are driving recklessly during delivery (emergency brakes often, taking sharp corners, going above the speed limit), will receive alert instantly, thus affecting their KPI.
